What this site is

MyrtleBeachSCFishing.com explains how to fish Myrtle Beach and the Grand Strand, from Little River to Georgetown: the kinds of trips, the fish and their seasons, the piers and landings, and the state and federal rules. It also lists local charters, headboats, piers, tackle shops, and marinas.

We are not a charter company, a pier, a booking agent, or a government agency. We do not take reservations or payments for trips, and we are not affiliated with the businesses listed unless a listing is labeled as sponsored.

How we source information

Corrections

If something here is wrong or out of date, please tell us through the contact form and include a link to the source. We fix verified errors promptly and update the page's review date.

Listings and advertising

Businesses can claim their listing free. Enhanced listings, a site sponsorship, and sponsored articles are paid and are labeled. Payment never changes the facts on a rules or species page. See advertise.

Privacy

Forms on this site send what you type to our team by email so we can reply. We use the information only to answer you or to update a listing, and we do not sell it. The site does not use advertising trackers. Our web server keeps standard access logs for security.

Nothing here is legal advice. Fishing regulations, seasons, size and bag limits, and fees are set by SCDNR and federal agencies and can change at any time; the current official rules always control.
